Garage Cabinetry

Q. What are The Man Garage cabinets made of?
All of our cabinets are made from a high-grade industrial particleboard. Our boards are much higher quality than commonly found at your local home improvement center. This board uses a higher density of chip material and glue resins to achieve a stronger, more consistently solid board. All of our material is finished on both sides in the same color thermo-fused melamine or low-pressure laminate. Your new cabinets will not delaminate or discolor, and cleaning is simple with a soft cloth and most any popular all-surface cleaner.

Q. How do you attach the cabinets?
All of our cabinets are attached directly to the studs and are raised off the ground. This allows your cabinets to be guaranteed to not move, shift or sag of the wall. We place our cabinets on very strong, water proof, adjustable cabinet legs that allow your cabinets to stand off the ground approximately 5". This allows for easy cleaning, eliminates the potential for any water damage, and prevents pest for building a home in your new cabinets.

Q. What type of hardware do you use to assemble your cabinets?
We use steel hardware including European concealed hinges, steel bolt and cam system, steel screws throughout each cabinet. We also use an extensive amount glued wood dowels to attach every side panel to the top and bottom of our cabinets. This time proven process qaurantees your cabinets will not break apart like many home store cabinets do.

Q. How much will these cabinets cost me?
We offer our customers great products at very reasonable prices. We don’t have a fancy show room or keep pre-manufactured products in a large warehouse. We bring the showroom to you and manufacture your cabinets when you order them to your specific needs. Our goal is to keep our overhead low, so we are able to pass along that saving to our customers. We offer standard options in the spirit of keeping the cost down. We also offer many upgrades from different handle options, color options, drawer slide upgrades, for those distinguished customers looking to stand out above the rest. We also offer "do it yourself" packages for those customers looking to save money. So depending on your budget we will provide you with the best option.

Q. Why do you offer 3 different types of flooring?
There are many types of garage flooring in the industry and not all of them have been proven to last. Based on our many years of experience and research we have found our flooring products work for all types of applications and customers. We will explain all the pro’s & con’s for each system, why one might work better for your situation, and discuss which system you prefer so you are well educated and able to make the best decision. Q. How long do I need to stay off of the floor?
With our Epoxy/polymer coatings, in most cases you can walk on your new floor within 24 hours and drive on it in 5 days. We also have coatings available that can offer a quicker return-to-service.
